Christian Louboutin Reveals Star-Wars Inspired Shoes

Christian Louboutin’s collaborations with Disney are becoming more and more impressive year after year. About a year ago, the famed designer released a unique duo of zodiac-inspired shoes, and now, with Star Wars The Last Jedi looming on the horizon, it’s time for a Star-Wars themed collection. The line comprises four models, each inspired by the women of Star Wars and their unique charms.

For example, Rey’s model is a clear sandal with leather straps, as well as a lovely strass covered heel and a brooch on the vamp.

As for Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo, she’s being treated to an elegant satin pump that would be a perfect addition to any elegant attire.

Captain Phasma wasn’t left out, of course. Her shoe is futuristic yet elegant thanks to a uniquely shaped heel and an eye-catching silvery colorway.

Last but not least, Rose Tico’s shoe boasts a chunky heel, a deep gold colorway and a superb satin bow that’s in full tone with the character’s personality.

The auction.

Each shoe will bear the signature of its respective actress, and they will all be put under the hammer at Charitybuzz. The best news is that a part of the proceeds will benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation – a nonprofit that aims to bring joy and comfort for hospitalized kids and their families. Moreover, during the L.A. premiere of The Last Jedi, a special showpiece shoe will be highlighted using a holographic installation.

Definitely can’t wait to see that one.
