The Lamborghini Aventador LP988 Edizione GT is hands down one of the scariest Lamborghinis ever created, and that says a lot considering the fact that we’re talking about a brand that is responsible for some of the most eccentric and powerful cars ever made.

However, this didn’t stop the German tuners at DMC to go ahead and improve this outstanding vehicle from a visual and performance point of view. The first thing that really stands out is the brand new carbon fiber body kit that flaunts a large rear wing, a rear diffuser and a frighteningly sharp front splitter. A two-tone paintjob and alloy wheels are also a part of the package, as are the cabin accessories and the improved suspension system.

Under the hood, the 6.5-liter V12 engine that animates this beast received an ECU revamp as well as a twin-turbo that allows it to dish out no less than 988 hp. That’s a 288 horsepower increase over the standard configuration, which is quite impressive to say the least. The complete DMC makeover will set you back $288,888, but you can always opt to go for just the body kit for the “mere” price of $89,990. Remember, you need to buy the car fist.
